General Questions


We love to send gifts for you! We offer a complimentary, festive card to include in your shipment. At checkout, include your message and your name. Pricing and detailed receipts are never included in our shipments.


I value your story and your favorite books! Unfortunately I do not have the hours needed to make custom maps and paintings. I do love suggestions on which book or location you are interested in. Please let me know at hello@elizabethwadestudio.com


Framing can be fun and easy! None of my prints are available framed, but I do have a guide to make this step easier. All prints are in easy to frame sizes. No custom framing needed.


Story Maps look beautiful hung alone or with a group. The most popular size is 11” x 14”. Please see my Story Map Set listing for options to purchase in groups at a discounted price.

Copying and Using Elizabeth’s Artwork

All of my artwork is my property, drawn by hand and reproduced by me. It may not be reproduced or traced or copied. Elizabeth Wade Studio (Watercolor Circle LLC) retains all rights to all artwork. The buyer and/or receiver has the right to display the artwork in their home and business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit or non-profit in any way. Elizabeth Wade retains the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork she creates at any time. This policy includes digital download purchases which should not be copied or distributed for free or at cost.

Shipping & Orders


We ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday. Within a few minutes of placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has shipped and is with the carrier you will receive an email with tracking information. Once the shipment is with the carrier I cannot be held responsible for their timeline. See more information on FAQs.

I offer a range of shipping options. Standard shipping is USPS First-Class USPS (now rebranded as USPS Ground Advantage) which takes 2-5 business days. I also offer USPS Priority Mail which takes 1-3 business days. And I offer Express shipping using 2-Day UPS Select. All of these shipping options depend on how close you are to us in Nashville, Tennessee. 

Pricing receipts are never included in our shipments in the event that the item is a gift.

Please email our shipping department at support@elizabethwadestudio.com about important dates. We will do our best to get your artwork to you on time!

International Shipping: Payment of any VAT or additional customs/import taxes is the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping, and the item must be in "sellable" condition. Once the return is received, a refund will be posted to the original form of payment less $5 for shipping. 

For exchanges, go ahead and order the item you would like and then initiate a return. See above.

Delayed Package

After an order is scanned with the carrier, an email with tracking information is sent to you. If you have tracked your package and see it hasn’t moved in a few days, please go to Help Page on the USPS website. Here you can enter your information and shipping address. Our shipping address is Elizabeth Wade Studio, P.O. Box 58362, Nashville, TN 37205. Use your phone number. Most of the time this bumps your shipment back in line and makes its way to you. We are available to help with the process at support@elizabethwadestudio.com

Lost Package

After an order is scanned with the carrier, an email with tracking information is sent to you. If you have tracked your package and see it shows “Delivered” then please check with family members and neighbors. Most of our shipments are in sturdy, bright white mailers with a large, green circle sticker. Occasionally USPS marks a package as delivered, and it ends up coming the next delivery day.
