Refund policy
RETURN and REFUND POLICY
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping, and the item must be in "sellable" condition. Once the return is received, a refund will be posted to the original form of payment less $5 for return shipping.
For exchanges, go ahead and order the item you would like and then initiate a return. See above.

CANCELLATION POLICY
An order may be cancelled if an email to support@elizabethwadestudio.com is received within 30 minutes of the order being placed. Due to the complicated fulfillment system, some orders may not be able to be cancelled however returns are accepted.
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD POLICY
Due to the digital nature of a download it may not be returned and will not be refunded. Please email support@elizabethwadestudio.com with questions.
